About Us
What We Do
SwimFit is a structured adult swimming programme based at the Aquadome pool in Mount Victoria, Wellington. Our classes are designed to support swimmers no matter where they are starting from. Whether you are learning freestyle for the first time, improving your technique, or training for distance and fitness, our programme provides a clear pathway of classes to help you progress.
Our Coaching Approach
We aim to make learning to swim feel approachable and achievable.
Our coaching is step by step, breaking things down into simple skills so swimmers can build confidence gradually in the water. Classes are friendly and relaxed, with swimmers working at their own pace and across different lanes depending on speed.
For those wanting to keep progressing, our squad sessions provide a more challenging environment where swimmers can continue improving technique, fitness and distance.

She believes swimming should be accessible to everyone, regardless of previous experience, and enjoys helping swimmers build confidence and feel more comfortable in the water while improving their technique.

Sam
