About Breathing Clinic
Our Breathing Clinic is all about improving freestyle, with a strong focus on breathing technique. Sessions include targeted drills and short swim sets to help you find a good rhythm, improve timing, and feel more in control of your breathing.
It’s designed for swimmers who are comfortable putting their face in the water and moving through it, but need help making freestyle breathing feel consistent and sustainable. The aim is to build you up to swimming 100 metres of freestyle continuously.
Booking
The Breathing Clinic is $175 and runs as a 5-week block, with one lesson each week.
After each block, there is a one-week break before the next block begins.
Most swimmers stay in this level for several blocks as they continue developing their breathing technique and confidence in the water. Swimmers can also join partway through if places are available.
