FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHICH CLASS IS BEST SUITED FOR ME?

Are you new to swimming but have basic water confidence? The Breathing Clinic will take you through the fundamentals of swimming focusing on freestyle breathing. Learning the correct technique from the start is going to pay off in the long run!

If you feel confident that you have the basics of freestyle, can swim roughly 100m and are looking for classes with a strong technique focus, then we recommend our Stroke Efficiency lessons. The focus of these lessons will be on correcting technique issues whilst building ability to swim longer distances.

For swimmers who are confident swimming a minimum of 100m freestyle, are interested in building up their speed endurance and looking for a squad style group we recommend our SwimFit classes.
