SwimFit Terms & Conditions
PAYMENTS, CHANGES AND REFUND POLICY
1. Payment is due within two weeks of booking, placement in a class will only be confirmed upon full payment.
2. Cancellations made after the start of term are subject to a 50% fee and cancellations made after Week 3 are not eligible for a refund.
3. If an account is overdue by more than two weeks then SwimFit reserves the right to cancel the enrollment. Future enrolments will be waitlisted and require payment in advance.
4. Missed lessons are not eligible for refunds, however if a customer is absent during the term (due to unforeseen circumstances) for 5 weeks or more consecutively they are eligible for 50% credit on their account. This credit is eligible for the following term only.
5. Make-up lessons are available, subject to availability, for unforeseen circumstances. Customers are limited to a maximum of 2 make-up lessons per term or 1 make-up per 5-week block.
6. SwimFit does not operate on Public Holidays.
7. SwimFit reserves the right to change, postpone or cancel classes.
8. In the event that SwimFit is no longer able to operate, fees will be credited for future enrolments (for the following term only) and/or Make-up lessons provided.
HEALTH & SAFETY
9. SwimFit accepts no responsibility for any accidents or losses incurred at the Aquadome facilities or its surroundings, this includes the car park area.
10. The Customer will ensure that at all times the health and safety requirements of SwimFit at the Aquadome are complied with.
11. SwimFit reserves the right to restrict phone and video recording at the Aquadome. Please notify us if you are unwilling to be photographed for promotional purposes.
12. Wellington East Girls College driveway rules must be observed at all times, Vehicles are restricted to a speed of 10km/h (or as displayed).
13. Customers are encouraged to provide emergency contact details and relevant medical conditions prior to their first session.
PRIVATE LESSON TERMS & CONDITIONS
14. Private lessons are booked in a minimum of 4 lessons at the same time each week.
15. Full payment is due before the first lesson.
16. There is the opportunity to reschedule a maximum of 1 lesson when unforeseen circumstances prevent attendance. The make up lesson will occur at the same time following the last week, subject to coaches availability. It may not always be possible to provide the same coach for this make up lesson.
17. We ask for 24 hours notice for a postponement, however we understand this isn’t always possible. There will be a 50% charge for cancellations made after midday on the day of the lesson.
18. Less than 2 hrs notice of cancellation incurs full charge for the lesson.
