Terms & Conditions

Enrolment confirms acceptance of the following terms:

Cancellations made after the start of the term are subject to a 50% fee. Cancellations made after Week 3 are not eligible for a refund.
If an account is overdue by more than two weeks, SwimFit reserves the right to cancel the enrolment. Future enrolments will be waitlisted and require payment in advance.
Missed lessons are not eligible for refunds. However, if a swimmer is absent for 5 consecutive weeks or more due to unforeseen circumstances, a 50% credit may be applied to the account. This credit must be used in the following term.
Make-up lessons are available (subject to availability) for unforeseen circumstances. A maximum of 2 make-up lessons per term applies (or 1 per 5-week block).
SwimFit does not operate on Public Holidays unless advised otherwise.
SwimFit reserves the right to change, postpone, or cancel classes.
If SwimFit is unable to operate, fees will be credited toward future enrolments (for the following term only) and/or make-up lessons provided.
If a swimmer is enrolled in a class that is not suitable for their level, SwimFit reserves the right to transfer them to a more appropriate class.

SwimFit accepts no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings at the Aquadome or surrounding areas, including the car park.
All customers must comply with SwimFit and Aquadome health and safety requirements at all times.
SwimFit reserves the right to restrict phone and video recording. Please let us know if you do not wish to be photographed for promotional purposes.
Wellington East Girls’ College driveway rules must be followed at all times. Vehicles must not exceed 10km/h (or as signposted).
Customers are encouraged to provide emergency contact details and disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to their first session.

Private lessons are booked in blocks of a minimum of 4 sessions, held at the same time each week.
Full payment is required prior to the first lesson.
One reschedule per block is available where unforeseen circumstances prevent attendance. The make-up lesson will be scheduled after the final session, subject to coach availability. The same coach cannot be guaranteed.
We ask for 24 hours’ notice for any changes.
Cancellations made after midday on the day of the lesson incur a 50% charge.
Cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice incur the full lesson charge
