Find Your Level
Whether you are new to swimming or building toward distance and triathlon goals, there is a level to suit you.
You can attend one or more sessions per week and, depending on your ability, combine different classes or squads to focus on what you would like to improve.
New swimmers can join partway through the term if places are available.
Not sure where you fit?
Entry requirements are simply a guide. Within each class, there is usually a range of abilities, with multiple lanes allowing swimmers of different speeds to train comfortably in the same session. If you're unsure which level is right for you, feel free to get in touch, and we can help recommend a suitable starting point.
