Find Your Level

Whether you are new to swimming or building toward distance and triathlon goals, there is a level to suit you.

You can attend one or more sessions per week and, depending on your ability, combine different classes or squads to focus on what you would like to improve.

New swimmers can join partway through the term if places are available.

Private Lessons

BEGINNER LEVEL

One-on-one adult swim coaching focused on water confidence and correct technique. Ideal for beginners or swimmers wanting personalised progression.

Breathing Clinic

BEGINNER LEVEL

Small group lessons for beginners or swimmers who would like to learn correct freestyle breathing technique. This course will help build confidence with the end goal of swimming 100m freestyle.

Stroke Efficiency

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

Group lessons for swimmers with a base understanding of swimming who want to progress to the next step. Lessons focus on technique and building stamina using a variety of skills and drills to build efficiency.

SwimFit Squad

INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED LEVEL

A squad for swimmers who have some experience with swimming and are confident with longer distances. Designed to improve both swimming technique, speed and overall fitness.

Endurance Squad

ADVANCED LEVEL

A longer-distance adult swim squad for confident swimmers wanting to train for longer distances. Focused on aerobic endurance and pacing, and perfect for open water swimmers, triathletes and keen swimmers. 

Not sure where you fit?

Entry requirements are simply a guide. Within each class, there is usually a range of abilities, with multiple lanes allowing swimmers of different speeds to train comfortably in the same session. If you're unsure which level is right for you, feel free to get in touch, and we can help recommend a suitable starting point.
